• Interfere with or disrupt our platform, servers, or security features;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

4. Platform Functionality

Wunna Inc. operates as a classified-style marketplace. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of listings. Users connect independently, and Wunna does not represent or act as an agent for any party involved in a transaction.

5. Payments and Third-Party Services

We integrate with trusted third-party providers, including:

• Stripe (for payment facilitation)
• Firebase (for backend infrastructure)
• Google (for analytics and mapping)

While we do not store or transfer user data outside of Barbados, users agree to be subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wunna Inc. shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of:

• User-generated content or interactions.
• Third-party products or services accessed via the platform.
• Technical interruptions or system failures.

We provide the platform "as is" and make no warranties regarding availability, safety, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wunna Inc., its officers, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your breach of any applicable law.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Barbados, West Indies, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Users accessing the Services from outside Barbados are responsible for compliance with applicable international or local laws in their jurisdiction.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barbados. Where appropriate, Wunna may consider alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or arbitration in accordance with Barbadian legal standards.

11. Modifications

Wunna may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
